Alanni company informs the customers of its site, as well as all its partners, that in connection with the entry into force on May 25, 2018 of a new regulation for the protection of personal data (General Data Protection Regulation), adopted by the European Union, it will apply rules for the protection of personal data, through which the use and storage of personal data provided to the company will be regulated. The protection of your personal data is of great importance to us. The purpose of this privacy policy is to inform you why and for how long we process them, and how you can exercise your rights. In its capacity as a personal data administrator, Alanni company meets all the requirements of the new regulation.

Purpose for which the data is collected and processed:
Your data is collected as:
– a natural person with whom we have a contract
– a person who works for a party with whom we have contractual relations;
– a visitor to our business premises or websites;
– in another way (by email, phone, when participating in one of our events, etc.).
For what purposes do we process your personal data?
In order to be able to offer the best possible services, respectively within the framework of pre-contractual relations or for the execution of a contract, as well as for the assigned order for the execution, delivery and installation of the goods and services offered by "Alanni" EOOD, as well as for compliance with legal requirements, but also for accounting and tax reporting.
We also process your personal data if you are our employee/worker for the performance of an employment and/or civil contract.
The legal grounds on which we carry out the processing are when:
– It is necessary to comply with our legal obligations
– It may be necessary to fulfill your contract with us.
– In exceptional cases, our processing activities may be based on your consent.
Grounds for processing your personal data arise under a special law, with the signing of a declaration of consent to the processing of personal data and/or with the signing of a contract between you and "Alanni" EOOD.
How long do we keep them?
According to the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria and Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons in the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and on the repeal of Directive 95/46 / EC, the principle is that we store your documents in accordance with the statutory terms, terms necessary to fulfill a concluded contract or your consent in accordance with internal rules and policies. After this period, your personal data stored with us is destroyed.
When applying for a job with us, your data is stored for one year from the date of its provision, unless a contract is signed in the meantime.
When concluding an employment contract or a civil contract, we store your personal data in the volume and for the period required by law, and in the event of the need to provide personal data for which there is no specific legal requirement or period provided by law, your consent will be required.
In the case of a contract (order) for production, the term for retention and processing of the provided personal data is 5 / five/ years, counted from the signing of the handover protocol. In the absence of a signed handover protocol, regardless of the reasons for this - a period of 5 years, counting from the execution of the installation, and in the absence of completed installation - a period of 5 years, counting from the signing of the contract.
In the event of legal/arbitration/administrative/enforcement proceedings being instituted regarding the performance/non-performance of a contract or obligation of "Alanni" EOOD, respectively, in relation to the company - within the period until the conclusion of the relevant proceedings, incl. in the event of annulment of an effective decision.
After the expiration of the storage and processing periods determined by law, by your consent or by our internal rules, your personal data is destroyed, regardless of whether it is in paper or electronic format.
Transmission of your personal data for processing
"Alanni" EOOD may, at its own discretion, transfer part or all of your personal data to processors of personal data for the fulfillment of the purposes of processing in compliance with the requirements of Regulation (EU) 2016/679., with which it has a contract. "Alanni" EOOD is obliged to provide your personal data upon request by a state/municipal administrative body or judicial authority, if there is a legal basis for this.

- Objection - You can object at any time to the processing of personal data by "Alanni" EOOD that relate to you, including if it is processed for the purposes of profiling or direct;
– Right to portability;
– Receiving information.
If you believe that your personal data has not been processed in a lawful manner, you have the right to refer the Commission for the protection of personal data.
You can exercise all your rights regarding the protection of your personal data by contacting us via a free text request, and for complaints contact our personal data protection officer, who should respond to you no later than 30 days from from the date of its referral.
